Shipping Information

Hose Reels and Garden Rockers

Your order for all products will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Shipments are made by normal UPS ground services. Should you want to have purchases shipped to different addresses you must place separate orders for each destination.

The United States Postal Service will not accept delivery of packages the size of ours. Delivery cannot be made outside of the United States

Delivery will take between two and five business days from processing of the order. The deliver time depends upon the distance from the shipping point and the frequency that UPS delivers to your immediate area. If you live in a location far from a UPS depot or from a city delivery will take longer.

Sun Hats and Bird Feeders

Orders received by 1:00 P. M. Monday through Friday will be shipped after 4:00 P.M... Orders received between 1:00 and 4:00 will probably be shipped the same day but there isn’t a guarantee.

Shipping will be done out of a warehouse in Mexico, Missouri. The address will be on the package you receive. If there are any problems contact us immediately to assure the earliest resolution.
