If you receive an item different than you ordered and you want to return it, contact us and the correct item will be shipped.

Information about damaged or defective items needs to be communicated as soon as possible for corrective action to be taken promptly. We need to determine if the cause was based upon manufacturing, shipping by Fed-Ex or inadequate packaging.

If you receive a package damaged by Fed-Ex you will need to hold onto the item for 7 business days in case Fed-Ex wants to pick-up the damaged item. We must be contacted within 10 days of shipment of any damage caused by the shipper in order to get re-reimbursed for shipping damage.

For defective items you will need to hold onto the item for 7 business days in case the vendor/manufacturer wants them returned.

Please Note: If you return an item for any reason other than package damage or defective product, a fee equivalent to 20% of the purchase price of the product will be charged to you for handling the return.
